Where we have the Cancer zodiac sign in our Cosmological Spirits is where we hold our capacity for Receiving.

I find it interesting the emphasis that has been placed on the nourishing and nurturing qualities of Cancer, which is, to be fair, a strong energetic pattern in the sign. But equally present in Cancer, is the capacity to receive nourishment and nurturing from others too -- a soul code is there to help them learn how to do this in this lifetime. At first they can be kind of stubborn about it, but their evolution is quite a sight to behold as they become experts in receiving energy.

For all of us today, especially with a New Moon in Cancer, a completely dark sky, paired with some other goings on in our universe, we have a special opportunity to reflect on our Reception to all the gifts and treasures of this life.

 Opening to Receive:

Many of us have to take opening up to receive one small step a time, so as not to scare ourselves out of it. Simple exercises start within our own body as a daily practice.

🐚 Put up 1-2 notes in the house (not going overboard) that say "release", or just gently remind yourself throughout the day.

🐚 When you release, start by working through the face, unclenching the jaw, release the forehead, soften the eyes, loosen the neck, melt the shoulders down like butter.

🐚 If you ever feel like maybe perhaps you have given too much away, or are just ready to take a moment to receive, another simple act is to hold open your palms. This isn't about receiving what we are  "wanting" or "grasping" for. Just open palms when you are open to receive from God, Source, the Universe. If you are sensitive you will almost immediately feel this energy in the palm of your hands.

🐚 Visualizing columns of light beaming through the top of your head to the bottoms of your feet can also open up previously closed spaces.

To receive others is a precious, precious act that happens all too rarely due to our own fears and maybe some brainwashing, some need for control. Cancer, when they are having a good day, tapping into their highest frequency, can receive others exactly as they are and recognize and receive the precious gifts from others too.
